Most of the success points on this list are characteristic of great leaders. Professional and personal coherence is the key to both happiness and leadership. Their habit of generosity with compliments and their ability to apologize quickly help to reverse any blunder or mistake. 

The world is in constant flux, change is necessary at every level. In the corporate world, ideas are guarded like a great treasure. Giving over ownership to the group encourages productive contribution, independent of position.
